Will got his start in biotech, worked on deterministic simulation testing at FoundationDB, and did stints in distributed systems at Apple and Google before coming back to Virginia to co-found Antithesis. He loves math, sailing, and hiking with his kids.

Dave began coding at age 5 on a green screen 286, and has been at it since. In high school he built a game that won the first Independent Games Festival. At CMU he created the language vPython. In 2000 he co-founded early big data platform Visual Sciences, which is now owned by Adobe. In 2009 he co-founded FoundationDB and was its principal architect. Dave loves hard sci-fi, strategy games, and getting out in nature.

Nick began his career as a CPA with E&Y but quickly jumped ship to the world of startups, where he’s worked with members of our leadership team in multiple companies since 2003. In 2009 he co-founded FoundationDB and served as its COO through its acquisition by Apple. Nick is obsessed with all things Italy, and loves to cook dishes that are probably too hard for him.

Ben has been building and leading engineering teams at both startups and big tech for over a decade. At Apple, Ben led the FoundationDB team from acquisition to core cloud data store. After a stint at Facebook, Ben rejoined his friends Will and Dave to revolutionize testing for developers. Ben enjoys biking, woodworking, and board games with his kids.

Hao first worked with Dave and Nick at Visual Sciences as a technical architect specializing in large-scale analytics deployments. As Visual Sciences became part of Adobe, Hao moved into a sales leadership role where his team consistently excelled. When Antithesis needed someone to lead sales, Hao jumped at the opportunity to work with them again. When he’s not working, Hao can often be found behind the wheel of a fast car at a race track.

Jeremy began his career at Visual Sciences, where he led implementations of big data analytics systems for enterprise customers. As Visual Sciences joined Adobe, he became Senior Product Manager for Adobe Experience Cloud, focusing on customer-centric analytics capabilities. Jeremy joined Antithesis to build our Solutions Engineering team, which focuses on understanding our customers’ needs and leveraging our technology to meet them. He enjoys spending time with his boys and go-karting.

Michael began his career in public accounting working for KMPG as a CPA. After leaving public accounting, Michael worked his way up to becoming a Controller in several companies, both public and private, and in a variety of industries (healthcare, real estate, financial services, education, and hydroelectric). In recent years, Michael worked primarily for SaaS start-ups. Michael enjoys food (cooking and dining out), wine (collecting and drinking), and travel (primarily Italy, or wherever there is good food and wine).
