No Ghost Policy

There are people in our industry who think it is acceptable to ghost candidates in the recruiting process. We do not agree.

No employee of Antithesis, and no employee of any of our proxies (recruiters, etc.), will ever ghost you on purpose after having had at least one conversation.

If you think you may have been ghosted, it was unintentional. Please ask us for an update.
