πŸš«πŸ‘»πŸš« No Ghost Policy πŸš«πŸ‘»πŸš«

There are people in our industry who think it’s acceptable to β€œghost” candidates in the recruiting process. We do not agree with that, and will never intentionally ghost anybody. However we are also very busy and not always perfectly organized, so unintentional ghostings have been known to occur. Thus we want to make our No Ghost Policy extremely clear to everybody.

πŸš«πŸ‘»πŸš« No Ghost Policy πŸš«πŸ‘»πŸš« No employee of Antithesis, and no employee of any of our proxies (recruiters, etc.), will ever ghost you on purpose after having had at least one conversation. Once you’ve started talking to us, you have a right to a yes or no answer.

What this policy means is that if you think you may have been ghosted, it was definitely unintentional. So that means the right thing to do is… nag us and ask for an answer. We want to be very explicit about this. Please nag us. Nagging us to ask where you are in the process or to ask about timelines will not make us think less of you.

You may report any violations of the No Ghost Policy to ghostbusters@antithesis.com. Include the name of the person who ghosted you, and the date of your last communication, and we will make sure they get back to you.
